1.LITERAL COMPREHENSION :
This is a very famous poem on spellbinding beauty of nature and human duties and responsibilities. The poet is going somewhere riding on a horse. On his way, he finds a beautiful small forest covered with snow in the evening. The beautiful sight of the woods makes him stop his horse and see it.The owner of the wood lives in the village near the forest. He assured that nobody would see him stopping in the wood. He takes the opportunity of enjoying the sight. But his horse shakes the harness bell to ask whether his master has made any mistake because there was not any farmhouse nearby. His bell makes the poet conscious of his aim constantly. So he decides to continue his journey and moves ahead to fulfill his duties and responsibilities.

2.INTERPRETATION :
This poem presents the dilemma of the speaker who wants to enjoy the beauty of the nature but at the same time he is also conscious of his destination. It happens in everyone's life. There is always conflict between human mind and heart. The poem might be implying that life is a journey and in this journey many distractions may occur which may divert our attention from our goal but we shouldn't stop for momentary attraction.

3.CRITICAL THINKING :
This short philosophical poem is really impressive which presents us the great reality of human life with a great lesson. The beautiful imagery like lovely dark deep forest, the sight of snow falling, symbol the horse symbolizing the poet's consciousness, the repetition of the last two lines, figurative language have truly enriched the poem. But one question i want to arise that, why he stopped near the woods like he is there in first time ?

4.ASSIMILATION :
After reading this story I decided not to waste my time in an entertainment things. Firstly I will try to complete my duties and responsibilities before my death. I remembered my duties and responsibilities which are in an incompleted condition.
